Before overseas shipping has been enabled:

Thanks for your order in our Friso Online Shop. Unfortunately, we are not yet able to ship overseas. We currently only deliver within Singapore. We do plan to live our overseas delivery soon. This means that families over the world can order Friso products on Friso Online soon and get it delivered to where they are.


However, do note that the overseas delivery comes along with some additional delivery charges that will be shown during checkout.


If they already made a purchase: 


Having shared this, we unfortunately have to cancel you order and initiate a refund. THe money will be transfered back into your bank account within approximately 5 working days.
